1. Custom Bike Orders:
1.1. When placing a custom bike order, you must provide accurate and complete information about your specifications.
1.2. Any changes or modifications to your order must be communicated within 48 hours of placing the order, subject to availability and additional costs.
2. Pricing and Payment:
2.1. All prices displayed on our website are in American dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees.
2.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your custom bike order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Order Processing and Delivery:
3.1. The estimated production time for custom bikes will be communicated to you during the ordering process.
3.2. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
3.3. We will make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, but we shall not be held liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
4. Cancellation and Refunds:
4.1. You may request a cancellation and refund within 48 hours of placing your custom bike order.
4.2. Refunds may be subject to deduction of any non-recoverable costs incurred by Termite's Wheel Street.
4.3. No cancellations or refunds will be granted after 48 hours of placing the order, given the custom nature of our products.
5. Quality and Warranty:
5.1. We take pride in the craftsmanship of our custom bikes. However, if you encounter any defects or issues, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order.
5.2. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include normal wear and tear, improper use, or damages caused by accidents or negligence.
